Buffer storage (BST)
The itek buffer storage is the perfect solution to compensate for production fluctuations. The itek engineers have developed a system that transports the syringes almost one by one into the buffer. Due to the standardized modular system, the syringe buffer can be flexibly adapted to the customer’s storage capacity requirements.

- Outputs of up to 18,000 syringes/h
- Stainless steel (Ra 3.2) and plain anodized aluminium
- Black antistatic PE components
- All materials are alcohol-resistant
- Special materials for components in contact with containers, e.g. Peek, Oilon, 316L, FDA, 3.1 certification on request
