Step feeder (SVZ)
The itek step feeder is used to feed syringes as bulk material into a production line. The syringes can be fed directly into the step feeder or, for larger quantities, indirectly via an additional elevator. The syringes erected by the step feeder fall into a conveyor belt for subsequent further processing. In summary, the step feeder enables precise, reliable and protective feeding of syringes.

- All common syringe formats possible
- Stainless steel (Ra 3.2) and plain anodized aluminium
- All materials are alcohol resistant
- Special materials for components in contact with containers, e.g. Peek, Oilon, 316L, FDA, 31B certification on request
